Internet Sales & Return Policy
Thank you very much for your purchase.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, enjoyable and beneficial. Occasionally products
need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as
possible. The following is our Return Policy:
1. Returning a Product Under Manufacturer's Warranty:
To benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer's warranty, the product must be returned
directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty information and phone number is included
with the product. When you call the manufacturer's Customer Service Department, a representative
will assist you with their return procedure and warranty program.
2. Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:
Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order please
contact our Internet Customer Service Manager Donald 732-291-1500. We will assist you in filing the
claim with the shipper who shipped your order. A call tag will need to be issued for the shipper to
pick up the damaged merchandise. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original
packaging.
3. Returning a Product for Other Reasons:
We'll be glad to accept returns for other reasons provided the product is in perfect working order,
is still in its original condition and container and you return it within 30 days of receipt. In
order to process your return rapidly and correctly please follow the steps below:
a. Please call our Internet Sales Customer Service Manager Donald at 732-291-1500 to receive a
Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). Please click here for a Return Goods
Authorization Form to use when returning items and include it with your shipment.
b. Include a copy of your invoice showing your purchase.
c. Return the product to us via UPS Insured. For non-mailable items, please call our Customer Service
number to arrange for return shipment.

When we have received your return, we will credit the card that was used to make the purchase. You
will be credited the full price of the product and any applicable tax, less a 20% restocking fee. We
will notify you via E-mail of your refund.
4. Exchanges:
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you've found another item on our website you'd prefer,
please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our
Return Policy.
